How do I become a member? +
Fill in the expression of interest form above or visit our office. You’ll need a valid ID, passport photo, and a KES 1,000 registration fee. Our team will guide you through the full process.
What is the minimum monthly contribution? +
The minimum monthly contribution is KES 500 for ordinary shares. Members are encouraged to contribute more to increase their loan eligibility and dividend earnings.
How long does it take to be approved for a loan? +
Standard loans are processed within 48 hours via our digital platform. Emergency loans can be approved and disbursed within 4 hours for existing members with complete documentation.
Can I manage my account online? +
Yes! You can access your account via our mobile app, web portal, or WhatsApp banking service β€” 24/7, from anywhere in the world.
How can I escalate an unresolved complaint? +
If your complaint is not resolved within 72 hours, you can escalate to our CEO directly or contact SASRA (Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority) via their official channels at www.sasra.go.ke.
